On June 5, Hauser Estate goes to the dogs, and cats, and apparently pigs! Our annual event to support the Adams County SPCA comes up the hill to celebrate the great work that they do.
I went up to visit the current residents of the SPCA on a rainy day last week. Gerry and I got to meet Dallas, a great older dog with the spirit of a puppy. Dallas came to the SPCA when his owner had to move and couldn’t take him with her. He is waiting for his forever home and I would have taken him with me if I could have.
We also met Theodore. He and three of his friends were rescued from the dog meat trade in Asia. He will soon be up for adoption and he is ready!
After some puppy love, we headed into the cat condos and met Luna, Merlin, Hudson and Winston.
Check out our Facebook page between now and June 5 for information on these celebra-pups and maybe become a forever home!
All these lovable animals benefit from the SPCA and their services.
Come up on June 5 for Canines and Chardonnay and join in the fun to help support the animals and the SPCA.
