As always, the cellar is a buzz with activity.  From pressing to filtering to blending there is always something happening.

The last of the Devils Den has been bottled.  Devils Den was released a couple weeks ago, but we had a lot to bottle and it is now finished and a bottle is waiting for you!

We will soon have two new Jack’s Hard Cider offerings to add to our line up!  The cellar has just finished blending and kegging a Peach Cider.   While Jack’s Hard Cider 6-packs and cases can be bought at the tasting room, our store in Gettysburg and many distributors around Pa and the East Coast, the Oaked and Peach versions can only be found on draft in certain areas.  Our tasting room has all three on tap and would love to share them with you.

The second new cider is in its final filtration this week and then will be carbonated and put into kegs. Eventually this cider will make its way into cans for you to enjoy at home.  It will be a sweeter version of our classic Jack’s.  No name yet…but as soon as we know, we will tell you!

So many of you have enjoyed the Sweet One and Jennie Wade White, we need to make more!  While we have not run out yet, we do not want anyone to go without their wines!  The cellar will soon start the wine making process so that Jennie Wade and the Sweet One will be available into the fall and the winter months.

Our new Bordeaux style wine has been blended and is almost ready to bottle.  It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvingnon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot.  Full of berry notes, this reserve wine will be one to try when it is ready!
