Serving grilled veggies
Wine – Try Chardonnay. Our 2013 Chardonnay has spent most of its time in a stainless steel tank giving it notes of citrus. It will work with fresh vegetables.
Cider – Try Jack’s Hard Cider, Dry Hopped. The lemongrass notes of this cider will taste so good next to the earthy notes of vegetables.
Serving grilled seafood
Wine – Try Pinot Gris. This slightly acidic wine just works.
Cider – Try Jack’s Hard Cider, Conewago. Bubbles and seafood!
Serving grilled sausage
Wine – Try a Riesling, our Wheatfield White is part Riesling. Fruity with a touch of sweetness, it will work with the spice in sausage.
Cider – Try Jack’s Hard Cider, Helen’s Blend, the sweet with the spicy.
Serving a juicy burger
Wine – Try a Rose. Think outside the box!
Cider – Jack’s Hard Cider, Original. The semi-dry cider will work perfectly. Trust us, add some cheese and apple slices on your burger and see what happens!
Serving BBQ chicken
Wine – Try Pinot Noir. Earthy Pinot Noir can work wonders with a smoky bird.
Cider- Jack’s Hard Cider, Conewago. Nice dry cider, nice juicy chicken.
Wine – Try Meritage, 2013. If the ribs are fall off the bone wonderful, your wine should be too!
Cider – Try Jack’s Hard Cider, Pear. The sweet pear and apple cider will stand up next to most barbeque sauces!
